Tom graduated from Lake Taylor High School in
Norfolk in 1975. He received his B.A. from Virginia Wesleyan College in 1978.
He received his Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from Virginia
Commonwealth University in 1982 and his law degree (JD) from Washington and
Lee University in 1986. Tom was admitted to the Virginia State Bar in 1986
and has practiced in Virginia since, first in Roanoke and then in Norfolk. In 2000 Tom published the book “
There is Nothing To Do In Roanoke,
Virginia”,
a compendium of all that there is to do in the Roanoke area. Tom is married with one child. Tom’s areas of practice include: · Bankruptcy · Healthcare · HIPAA Compliance · Certificate of Public Need · Corporate Organization · Personal Injury · Wills & Trusts / Estate
